Jeremy Ober - Dave Hoffman - Jon Skogland     

BrutalRepublic began in 2003, when Jeremy Ober (guitar/vocals) and Jon Skogland (drums) were introduced to each other. We began writing songs that encorporated everything from blues and southern rock to heavy metal with expertly crafted guitar lines and in your face rock drums. After a year of writing they added Dave Hoffman (bass) to beef up the sound and be a strong backbone between the guitar / drums duo.

In October of 2004 we recorded a quick and dirty promotional EP at Junior's Motel outside of Otho, IA. The disk features the four tracks: The Raven, Apollo Falling, Crow and Down Low. We are constantly writing new material and booking shows across Iowa as well as the surrounding states.

In March 2006 we recorded our first full length album with at Recorded by Chris Brown in Cedar Falls, IA entitled 'Pioneers of Another Day' and will be released in the coming months.
